The movie consists of four segments that include the Ouye children walking to and from school, road work on the Tower Bridge and M Street, the family picking out a Christmas tree, and high waters along Tower Bridge. The last portion of the film includes scenes of debris in the river, rice mills, boats along the river bank, and people walking on the Tower Bridge.
